Janitorial Services

Cleaning for the building is performed by contract services under the supervision of Building Management. Inspections are performed regularly by Redlee/SCS and Property Management to ensure cleanliness of the building. Housekeeping is an important part of our tenant services.
Daily Cleaning
General daytime services are provided during the normal hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
These services include:
- Janitorial requests throughout the day, such as trash removal and vacuuming
- Restocking restrooms with supplies and emptying trash
- Wiping sinks and counters
- Disinfecting toilets
- Lobby cleaning
Nightly Building Cleaning
Nightly housekeeping services are provided five nights a week. The normal hours of service are from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday and from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. These services include:
- Vacuum lobbies, corridors and high-traffic areas
- Dust mop and wet mop all hard surfaced floors nightly
- Clean break room tabletops and counters
- Wipe conference room table with damp cloth
- Empty waste baskets and change liners, as needed
- Wet mop and sanitize all restroom floors
- Sanitize all restroom fixtures, toilets, sinks and urinals
- Clean mirrors
- Empty trash in restrooms
- Restock restroom paper products and soap
- Clean water fountains
- Clean stairways
