Queen Charlotte Concierge
The 101 Independence Center Building offers a concierge service to all 101 Independence Center tenants. Services range from coordination of catered lunches or events, handling personal shopping and gift wrapping, sending baskets and florals, purchasing tickets, arranging shuttle/taxi service, and planning parties to delivering documents. A representative is on site from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. every Wednesday and Friday. Queen Charlotte is located across from the security console in the 101 Independence Center lobby. Queen Charlotte can also be reached by calling (704) 386-2502.

201 N. Tryon Street: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (Closed for Lunch 11am-11:45am)
Bank of America Corporate Center/Hearst Tower (on the Overstreet walkway between the two buildings): Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (Closed for Lunch 10:30-11:30am.)
Bank of America Plaza: Tuesday, 1:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. and Friday, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
BB&T Center: Wednesday, 1:45 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. and Friday, 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
