Note From Management Building Access Building Access forms are required for all contractors/vendors that are needing access to the building to do work or make deliveries in your space. An access form is required for each day work will be performed.  Forms must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on the business day prior to the requested access date & time and 2:00 PM on Thursday prior to any activity on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday,  including building structured holidays These forms can be emailed to the Tenant Services Coordinator at nicole.green@gkk.com,  faxed to 704-333-7756 or hand delivered to the management office located at lobby level.
