| Although specific tenant lease language may vary slightly, the office floors of 101 Independence Center Building typically operate from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are typically 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Sunday, the office floors are closed.
The Retail Shops at 101 Independence Center operate on their posted schedules.
The 101 Independence Center Building is staffed to provide full tenant service during the normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During this time the Management office will perform maintenance and other normal services.
